Danny Conlon
Advisory Board Member
Danny provides Cenagen with a depth of experience in the successful delivery of complex, large-scale environmental infrastructure. During his tenure as CEO and Managing Director of Veolia Australia and New Zealand, he oversaw the development and regulatory approval process for Veolia’s Woodlawn facility, a project of significant scale and industrial complexity. Having navigated the full lifecycle of major infrastructure from planning and community engagement to delivery and operations Danny provides the board with first-hand expertise in bringing multi-billion-dollar projects to life.

Tony Khoury

Tony advises on regulatory compliance and industry relations. With over 30 years in the waste management sector, including more than 20 years as the Executive Director of the Waste Contractors & Recyclers Association (WCRA) of NSW, he offers a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape, ensuring Cenagen’s feedstock and compliance strategies are robust and aligned with industry best practices.

Patrick Williams

Patrick advises the Board on corporate governance and global operational standards. He serves as Vice President and Country Manager (ANZ & Korea) for Edwards Lifesciences (NYSE: EW), a global leader in medical innovation with a market capitalisation of USD$45 billion. Leading the regional operations for a top-tier S&P 500 company, Patrick brings a breadth of experience in managing high-precision operations within strictly regulated environments. He is focused on ensuring Cenagen upholds the highest standards of business conduct, ethics, and integrity as it navigates the regulatory approval process and moves toward future operations.

Jim Stonecipher
Technical Advisor
Jim provides Cenagen with specialised technical and strategic direction for the development of First of a Kind (FOAK) industrial projects. With over three decades of experience in the chemicals and materials sector across Fortune 100 companies and emerging startups, Jim specialises in the engineering, operational, and quality programs required to bring novel technologies to market. A chemical engineer with an MBA from Texas A&M, he applies a global track record in large-scale project execution to drive the technical architecture and operational readiness of Cenagen’s project, ensuring that it meets world-class engineering and performance standards.

Arthur Vasilaris
Technical Advisor
Arthur is a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the Civil and Building Construction and Infrastructure sectors. Delivering a magnitude of differing and complex projects. He provides the strategic and technical oversight essential for the planning, design, and delivery of Cenagen’s infrastructure works. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, ensuring project completion on time and under budget, with a passion for designing sustainable, resilient structures and cost-effective solutions. Arthur is currently also involved on the design and delivery of state significant projects such as Western Harbour Tunnel and Sydney Metro Projects.

Amanda Murphy
Environment & Sustainability Advisor
Amanda strengthens Cenagen’s oversight on environmental approvals, circular-economy initiatives, and risk governance. Having spent over a decade within Property & Development NSW managing major landfill and contaminated-land rehabilitation programs, Amanda specialises in transforming high-risk industrial sites into safe, productive, and future-ready assets. Currently a specialist Sustainability Consultant, she is recognised for her work advancing waste-reuse solutions and recycled water initiatives across South Australia and NSW. Her expertise ensures that Cenagen’s projects deliver responsible, future-focused environmental outcomes that meet the highest standards of integrity.

Joseph Nati
Horticultural Advisor
Joseph is a Co-Founder of Cenagen, bringing a lifetime of expertise in large-scale commercial primary production. As a third generation commercial grower Joseph possesses deep operational knowledge of high-volume horticultural supply chains and glasshouse management. His background in the cultivation and supply of fresh-cut products at scale provides Cenagen with essential insights into the operational requirements and climate-controlled environments of the project’s integrated greenhouse facilities.
